All non-expedited (ground) orders will ship in 3-5 business days, on in
stock items, after your order is processed. (Business Days are
Monday-Friday, we DO NOT SHIP on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays - Saturday,
Sunday, and Holidays are also not included in transit time.) Expedited orders for in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. After your
order is shipped it may take 1-7 business days to get to you depending on your
location and shipping method selected. We
are not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect address. Please
make sure you allow adequate time for your order to arrive. Any special
needs, please contact a sales representative.
If an order is placed on after 1:00pm the order will not be processed
until the next business day.
Custom Items take about 2-3 weeks to be made and will then be
shipped with your chosen shipping method.
(Your order may be shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS
responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders.
If you have any
questions regarding our shipping policy please call or customer service
inspect your order upon receiving. All order shortages or errors must be
reported within 3 business days of receiving your order. At Supreme
Cap and Gown we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy
with your order you can request a refund or exchange within 3 business days of
delivery. We will accept only
unused items for return.
refunds will be provided as a credit to the card used at the time of purchase
within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
There will be a 15% re-stocking charge for all opened merchandise. Shipping
charges will not be refunded. Custom made items are non-returnable !!!!
