Shipping Policy

Orders placed with ground shipping will take up to 7 business days to ship. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you need your order sooner than this, please call us so we can provide more specific information regarding your needs. If you place a rush order, there may be a rush fee associated with it.

Orders placed with Overnight Shipping before 12pm EST on a business day, will be shipped the same day. If ordered after this time, the order will ship the next business day. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping on a Friday after 12pm EST, will ship on the following Monday.

Orders with custom made items will take longer to process - see item availability next to the item on our website, or give us a call for an estimated processing time.

Transit time on all orders is based on the listed delivery times via USPS or FedEx.

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Weekends/holidays are not included in processing or transit time. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect address.

Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receiving. All order shortages, errors, or other issues with your order must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us before making any returns.

At Supreme Cap and Gown, we stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order due to our error, we will resolve it at our expense. However, if an issue is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in a return or exchange.

We will not accept any returns for orders of 1 set, after May 1st.

We will accept only unused items for return.

All refunds will be provided as per method of original payment within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

Custom made items are not-refundable. (This includes: Custom Hoods, Custom Stoles, Custom Diplomas, Custom Diploma Covers, and Custom Gowns)
